Officers were allowed to have their own sabre made. This sabre is in the style of a privately purchased sabre for artillerie légère, hussards, chasseurs à cheval, chevau-légers-lanciers or chevau-légers-lanciers Polonais.

These swords are handmade, one at the time. This means that no sword is exactly the same and small differences and irregularities are possible.
